The table 6-9 In the Reference Manual provides configuration of IOMM mdoule in order to control eQEPx Inputs connections.
In the datasheet, section 7.3.3, it is the same description but the Table 7-12 does not provide the same configuration of IOMM mdoule in order to control eQEPx Inputs connections (e.g. for eQEP1A: PINMMR170[18:16] = 001 or PINMMR170[18:16] = 010 whereas in the Reference Manual for eQEP1A: PINMMR170[16] = 0 or PINMMR170[16] = 0 and PINMMR170[17] = 1)
Why are there differences between these two tables ?
What is the correct Table and correct configuration for controls for eQEPx Inputs ?

The Table 6-9 in the latest rev of TRM has been updated.
I will check 000b value for pinmmtr170.
