TMS570LS3137: How do I get the HDK to work in RMII mode for the lwIP example?

I can get the code to work in MII however am struggling with getting it to work in RMII. I have added resistor 193 and have changed the pinmux.c to represent the RMII changes, however I am still unable to get it to work.
