TMS570LS0332: nPORRST logic level?

Part Number: TMS570LS0332

Hi team,

How high does the voltage level need to be during operation, in order not to flag a reset?
We measured  2.85V while VCCIO was 3.3V. Is that sufficiently high?

Thank you and kind regards,

Felix

  • Hi Felix,

    The recommended operating voltages are:
    1. VCC: 1.14 to 1.32V
    2. VCCIO: 3 to 3.6V

The low-level input voltage of nPORRST (VCCIO>2.5V) is 0.2*VCCIO. If your VCCIO is 3.3V, the Vil for nPORRST is 0.66V, so 2.85V is definitely high enough.
