Hi,

Let me talk about ELEC#02 of Errata.

Damaged of Vbat pin is described in Errata.
Could you tell me what kind of state the pin will be ?
I guess it is latch up or short.

VDD pins are short in customer's target board.

Hi Hiroyasu-san,
Even though it is not specifically stated in the errata, I think the damage to the pin can include latch or short. Did you implement the R/C circuit as described in the workaround?

My cusomer does not implement R/C filter for workaround.
