Hi there,

I am running CCS 8.0, recently installed. Operating System : Windows 10 home.

I installed "Hercules Safety MCU Demos", version 4.0.0.

I imported "tms570ls3x_demo_software " into CCS.

I try to build and fails with this error: "c:\ti\Hercules\nowECC\v2.17\nowecc.exe" -F021 16M_ADD -R4 -a "TMS570LS3x_demo_software.out"

I tried to install nowECC, however TI does not provide this tool any more.

Given my platform, how could I build and run "Hercules Safety MCU Demos"?

Btw, I have installed HALCoGen version 04.07.00

Hello,

The nowECC was used to generate ECC and load ECC to the flash. CCS7.x and CCS8.x can generate ECC and program the ECC to the flash automatically if you enable it:

Hello,

1. launch the target configuration, then connect target
2. click "on-chip Flash" under "Tools" drop down menu
