Why is Absolute Maximum Ratings for VCCAD 3.6V? Is 3.6V correct?

Why is it different from ADC Input pin (4.6V)? Because of other device like TMS570LS0714 is 6.25V for both VCCAD and ADC Input pin. Also there is more margin vs. Recommended Operating Conditions

    The maximum value for VCCAD is 3.6V (Page 18 of the datasheet).
    The ADC on LS0432 only supports 3.3V, but TLS570LS0714 supports both 3.3V and 5V. The maximum VCCAD is 5.25V.

    Please let me confirm again.

    As the following table, there is no margin between Absolute Maximum Ratings VCCAD and Recommended Operating he Conditions VCCAD for TMS570LS0432. Bothe is 3.6V.

    The customer is really worry about this. So they are asking if 3.6v is correct. They are guessing that it’s 4.6V…

    In case of TMS570LS0714, it’s 6.25V .vs 5.25V.

    You told me that the ADC on LS0432 only supports 3.3V. There is 0.3V deference from 3.6V. Could it be controllable easily?

    The maximum is 4.6V for VCCAD. I am sorry for the typo in the datasheet. We will fix it in next release.

    I'm glad that the device has a margin.

    Please check other Hercules family device datasheet too. We guess RM42 is same situation.
