Hi,

TRM says that FSM_WR_ENA must be set to 5h to be able to write to registers in range FFF8 7200h to FFF8 72FFh but I still can write to EEPROM_CONFIG having FFF8 72B8h as address even if the FSM_WR_ENA register value is different from 5h (I have tried all possible values). Does it mean that writting to EEPROM_CONFIG does not require setting FSM_WR_ENA to 5h?

Hi Amira,

This is a bug. The EWAIT value in EEPROM_CONFIG register is used to define the number of wait states for the data Flash in bank 7. This bit field can be written no matter what the WR_ENA is.

All other registers (for example FSM sector) can only be written when WR_ENA=0x5.
