RM48L952DZWT device suits all our requirement for our new design. we must provide long term support for our product.
please let us know TI's planned lifecycle/roadmap of this device.

    Hello Manikantan,

    We will supply this device and provide the technical support for as long as customers need. RM48 is Cortex-R4 core with 220MHz speed. The Cortex-R5 devices (RM57x, and TMS570LC4x) are also available. Hercules (RMxx and TMS570) roadmap is to be developed as part of Sitara platform.

                         Thank you for your reply.

    As you know customers always prefer to have confirmed longevity period of the product. I would like to have exact period of availability.

    Your reply does not give any commitment of the device availability  it would be difficult to make our choice. please share us more details like launch date, usual period of device  availability etc.
