There is no VIH specification for of nPORRST at 6.2.3.1 nPORRST Electrical and Timing Requirements (SPNS186B) ,

Why does it specified?

What voltage do we need to supply to nPORRST for inactive?

Is it enough to exceed VIL(PORRST)?

Hello Kuerbis,

There is no VIH for nPORRST. When the voltage level at nPORRST is <=0.2*VCCIO, the reset is asserted, and if >0.2*VCCIO, the reset is released. VIL is not needed.
