USB and EPI on the TM4C129x

Is there a TM4C129x part that allows the use of the external peripheral interface and the USB at the same time? When I try to configure such an arrangement the pin mux utility wont allow it.

Hello Patrick,

I think you may have an option open then. This prior thread discusses USB+EPI and mentions that it is possible to support full speed USB with EPI still, just not high speed: e2e.ti.com/.../1190578

Please see if the details in that thread would apply to your use case, if so, then you should be able to work through PinMux to support both interfaces. I haven't dealt with an application using both but if you have challenges with the PinMux configuration for this let me know and share where you are at and where the conflicts are and then I can assist you from there.
