Hi, the issue is with regard to Hercules TMS570LC43x LaunchPad Development Kit schematic.

need to know what is the purpose of pin V4( RED circled) marked as reserved connected to ground through resistor.

the image is taken from TMDX570LC43HDK Schematic Design File (Rev. A) sheet 7 of 29.
