Hi Champs,

From the LS0714 silicon errata ,the DEVICE#B053--CPU code execution could be halted on a device warm reset if the core power
domain # 2 is disabled by software.

I cannot found any description about power domain # 2 in the TRM, could you advise the detail of PD2?

there have 2 memory-only power domains: RAM_PD1, RAM_PD2, which portion of RAM is related RAM_PD1 and which portion of RAM is related to RAM_PD2?

RAM_PD1 has relation with PD1 or not?

Hello Huihuang,

PD2 contains the Parameter Overlay Module (POM) and test logic. The workaround of this errata (Device#B053) :

The application must not disable the core power domain # 2 in software via the Power Management Module (PMM) registers, even if the modules inside this core power domain are not used in the application.

I cannot found any info about Parameter Overlay Module (POM) in LS0714 datasheet and TRM,seems LS0714 without POM ?

Hi Huihuang,

The LS0714 doesn't have POM.
