May i know the means of Halcogen ADC group tScan ,why it is 50ns?

    Hello Huihuang,

    It is scanning time. For the first channel of a conversion group, TSCAN=0. For each additional channel 5 VCLK cycles of TSCAN have to be added.

    I cannot found the scanning time description in TRM, any material to explain it and  above formula?

    Hello Huihuang,

    The MCU ADC module has an integrated analog multiplexer. For each analog channel, the input is conditioned by the analog front-end circuitry before being fed into the multiplexer. The output of the multiplexer is directly sampled by the ADC. The multiplexer in the device can scan these analog inputs and decide which is next channel for sampling with register settings.

    The scanning time for each channel (except for the 1st) is 5 VCLK cycles.
