RM48L950: Migrating from RM46xx to RM48xx

Hi,

One of our application using RM46xx series will be migrating to RM48xx.
We need advice on the errata changes between RM46xx to RM48xx.

Can we assume RM48xx's errata is almost similar to RM46xx?
As we have done the workaround in RM46xx we can use the same workarounds for RM48xx also?

I believe few of the errata is being Fixed in Revision D of RM48xx.
Please let us know if there is anything else we need to be careful with RM48xx errata.

    Hello Paddu,

    RM48 has several more known issues than RM46.

    You need pay attention to the following issues which are not in RM46 silicon:
    1. MibSPI: Device #B074
    2. Flash Wrapper: FMC#67, FMC#80
    3. SSWFF021#35

    ETM, RTP, and DMM: RM46 doesn't have those two modules.
    1. ETM, and RTP: Cortex-R4 #54, #56, #59, ETM_R4#16; and Device #B065
    2. DMM: DMM#16. RM46 doesn't have this module.
