httpserver_raw with FatFs

I have update the httpserver_raw to support FatFs.

In addition to the code I'll provide, make certain that the file device, in my case  the that is a USB flash driver, that the interrupt handler for the physical device driver is set to a higher priority than the Ethernet.  Note that most of what lwip does is at the interrupt level.
