This did not resolve my issue.
I can't open the OrCAD Brd file in the EK-TM4C1294XL design packet, since it is still binary file, would you save the Altium PCB file in ASCII format file, please?

I am sorry. The .sch file is for Eagle schematic capture and the .brd file is for Eagle PCB board layout. The Gerber files are also included. The launchpad design was not done using Altium.

Are you looking for the footprint of the TM4C1294NCPDT device? The device footprint and schematic symbol can be generated for most tools using Ultra Librarian software and the .bxl file stored here: www.ti.com/.../pinout-quality
