TM4C123GH6PGE: TM4C123GH6PGE can't run after use Uniflash programed

Customer used TM4C123GH6PGE to design a Graphic project, the designers programmed and debug their software with TI CCS7 and it runs OK,and the engineer then compiler the .hex file with CCS and burning it with TI Uniflash when their MP stage. But the code can't run after it burned into the chip . I'd like to know what wrong with it and how to fix the issue. thanks!

The information you have provided is insufficient for me to identify the problem. In general, the process you described should work. I suspect that you need to specify the ROMWIDTH as 32 when creating the .hex file. (The image was cut off.)

Hi Bob,

The issue have been fixed. there is some questions about customer's .Hex file , let customrer got .bin file from CCS and then burnning it with uniflash, it's OK. thanks a lot.
