Uniflash 3.4 java error

A few of our student encounter the following error when using uniflash 3.4:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Matlab\ADDONS_2017a\Toolboxes\FontysLaunchpad\uniflash_3.4\ccs_base\DebugServer\bin\LibraryLoader.dll

Any idea what could cause this?

Thjey are using the batch command to flash a TM4C123GH6PM controller

Last week we were able to perform tests with our students.

After re-installing teh software, the problems were gone.
