Hello,
By setting HIGH only Bits 19, 18 and programming correct Message Number bits [7-0] of IFxCMD Register within DCAN, is it possible to clear the IntPnd and NewDat bits of the respective CAN Receive Message Object?
Or, do I have to set Bits 22, 21 and 20 also within IFxCMD Register before writing Message Number field for clearing the IntPnd and NewDat bits for CAN Receive Message Objects?
Thank you.
Regards
Pashan
Your question will be forwarded to the DCAN expert. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Pasan,
Clearing the bits 19(Clr_int_pnd) and (TxRqst/New-Dat) should do (clear the falgs), to receive the messages.
You need not have to use 22,21,20 (Mas,Arb,ctrl) bits. But it can be used if you plan to use the IFx Mask,Arbitartion and control registers to communicate with the message objects.
Best Regards,
Pratip
