I am not fully sure if you need Serial to Ethernet as mentioned in the title or just the ADC data transfer, but in any case we have a serial to ethernet software example available here: www.ti.com/.../tidcad5

If you do not want any sort of RTOS involvement, then we also have a number of Ethernet examples provided within TivaWare: http://www.ti.com/tool/SW-TM4C and you can look through those to find one that is best suitable to adapt for your needs.
