Hi Raghav,

It will be 25MHz in SSI master mode. Please refer to the datasheet AC SSI characteristics for details on all parameters.

25Mhz means 25Mbps.

From the SPICLK the performance is about the same. It depends on what your target application is and what peripheral sets you need. The TM4C operates at max 80Mhz which has higher performance than MSP. However, the MSP is targeted for low power application.
