Hi,
Maximum baud rate for both SCI and SCI/LIN module at 100Mhz peripheral clock is 3.125MBits/sec.
As the prescaler registers are 24bit you can achieve all standard baud rates.
Do you want to use some exact value as the minimum?

I need to check the valid range of baud rate during the SCI initialization.

So I need some exact value for the minimum value.

HI Bijo John,
Using different prescaler register values at given VCLK even 1bit/sek could be programmed.
For the SCI Module, baud value is: baud value = VCLK frequency/16*(BAUD+1), where BAUD is 24-bit prescaler value in Baud Rate Selection Register (BRS)
