Hi Toru,

You can find it in the datasheet under Packaging and Temperature.

■ Industrial (-40°C to 85°C) ambient temperature range
■ Extended (-40°C to 105°C) ambient temperature range

Hello Toru-san,

To add to what Markel commented, the LaunchPad specifically is not tested across the whole temperature, but we haven't heard of any issues with the LaunchPad when used within the typical operating temperature of the TM4C1294NCPDT.
