I have worked on project decided it time to implement CMSIS FFT.

I could not find CMSIS being used by TI-RTOS package (as I have used before in NCPxxxx MCU and similar).

I do not want to restart project from strach, how to integrate CMSIS DSP pack into library.

I use base code from USB demo CDC and build upward with many peripheral and RTOS based application code

(I note the simplelink_msp432p4_sdk_2_20_00_12 has FFT code, why CMSIS FFT is not used instead?).

Richard,

TI-RTOS does not use CMSIS. However, we supply POSIX support which sits on top of the TI-RTOS kernel (SYS/BIOS). For example, pthread_create calls Task_create (and some other stuff). We don't have a similar shim for CMSIS.

CMSIS has important DSP tools such as FFT, etc, is there logic for exclusion of CMSIS?

Hello Richard,

Sorry, I thought you were only referring to the RTOS portion of CMSIS. TI-RTOS does not have any connection to CMSIS in general. It neither excludes or requires it.
