RTOS/TMS570LS0714: Using N2HET pins for UART communication

Hi Team ,

I am using N2HET for SCI communication,When I enter:

e2e.ti.com/.../889281.aspx

 I can't download the attachment inside.It say:You do not have permission to view this directory or page.

I want to know why this is？

I am using HET[16] as RX,HET[18] as TX,My VCLK2 is 100MHz. baud rates: 19200,, no parity, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no flow control.

Can you provide a valid sample code?
