Can someone please confirm if TMS5700714APGEQQ1 is AEC-Qxx qualified or not ? Thanks in advance.

Hello,
As is stated in Datasheet, Q1 in device part number "TMS5700714APGEQQ1", means that device is Automotive qualified.

Hi Miroslav,

I don't see anywhere in the datasheet to confirm the fact. Can you please provide me an updated datasheet and can you also share the reliability data ? I believe AEC-Q100 qualified should have both Temeperature and ESD test performed.

Hello,

All TI Q1 part are AEC-Q100 certified. ESD ratings are stated in Section 5.2 ESD Ratings of Datasheet. TMS5700714APGEQQ1 is Grade 1 as ambient operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C ().

Hi,
You can also take a look at this page where some differences between Hercules RM and TMS570 are pointed. All TMS570 are AEC-Q100 qualified.
