TMS570LS3137: Issues using the MAC and connecting to a switch using a MAC to MAC connection via RMII

Part Number: TMS570LS3137

We are seeing data clocked from the TMS570, but are not able to link the 570 to a switch through the RMII interface. And advice or suggestions would be helpful.
