Hi Sunil,

Thanks for your reeponse. we were able to use Flash API's to program. we were observing "VOLTSTAT" field of Flash Module Status Register (FMSTAT) is set. what could be the reason for this?

    Hi Kalyan,

    "VOLTSTAT" being set usually implies that the pump supply (VCCP) dropped below the minimum threshold defined in the datasheet. You can capture the VCCP waveform during program/erase operations to see if it is indeed dipping below 3.0V. Do you have a cap on the VCCP pin very close to the micro?
