TM4C123BH6ZRB: what is the high low threshold for the external RST pin

In the TM4C123BH6ZRB data sheet, it does not mention at which logic level, the RST pin is considered as ASSERTEd or DE-ASSERTED.

Could someone help to check? is this the same as normal digtial GPI logic?
