hi, when the core voltage is over the specification required, Vcore>1.4V or Vio>3.6V, it will damage the MCU, when the MCU damaged what is status of its GPIO output? we used MCU in a sil3 project, when the MCU damaged, we need the output to a safety status, so we need know the MCU GPIO output status when it damaged. thanks.
