Hello Shreyas,

Pull-up resistor values are included in the device datasheet under Tables 27-34 and 27-35.

TivaWare API for enabling pull-up is GPIOPadConfigSet. See the DriverLib User's guide for options for this API which include "WPU" and "WPD" which are weak pull-up and weak pull-down respectively.
