Could you tell where the TRIM data was stored in the silicon, OTP, EEPROM, FLASH?

Hi Yihe,
Are you talking about the PIOSC trim?

I think the default trim is stored in the flash. The user can change the trim by software though.

other than PIOSC trim, does device have any other trim data generated in the ATE final test?

There is also the RTC counter trim but this is more a software trim done by the application, not ATE. There can be other trims (i.e. flash charge pump) done by the ATE but these are not user visible.
