Hi all,
I have a PID algorithm written on TIVA C TM4C123GH6PM launcpad. I want to setup a PIL simulation with Simulink. Simulink will send the error signal to TIVA, the PID will calculate the control signal and send it back to Simulink. How can I link the "TM4C123GH6PM" Launchpad with Simulink and send/receive data in a PIL setup?

Probably done through the UART, but you need to consult MathWorks (authors of Simulink).

Hi Islam,

My understanding both ends of the link are simulations, hence a virtual Simulink occurs. That said you need the TM4C123G Simulink PIL block (what ever that is?) if one exists. Recall reading certain Matlab blocks being available in other forum posts. Perhaps you can search the forum for older threads.
