TM4C123GH6PM: USB mass storage device example code needed

Part Number: TM4C123GH6PM

Hi everyone,

I begging to this TI world and my question is I wanted to do tm4c123gh6pm acts as a mass storage device , so  I needed some example code as well as some suggestions for this project..... I'm looking positive response from some one....

  • Hello Prashant,

I would recommend porting our usb_dev_msc example from the DK-TM4C123G to your LaunchPad. You can find those projects in [Install Path]\TivaWare_C_Series-2.1.4.178\examples\boards\dk-tm4c123g

You will want to cut out any code pertaining to a display as that is specific to the DK board. The USB functionality itself should port over easily.

That would be the quickest path to get you going.

  • hi Jacobi

thanks for replying, let me know, how exactly tm4c123gh6pm works as mass storage device and what i do for this....

I begging to this (world) ... let me know, how exactly ...

Would it not prove fair for 'you' - to describe 'exactly' - how you've entered into so (desperate) a situation?

The 'positive response' you are seeking - most always flows from, 'Applying oneself to the (assigned) task early - and w/ sustained & focused effort.'        (Begging (seldom) yields 'exactness!')

It is hoped that you may, 'Learn from this experience' - so that (future) assignments - execute w/(less) desperation...

  • instead of writting "beggening" i wrote begging
    im asking sorry for that
  • That's (really) unimportant - is not the central issue TWO-FOLD?

    • Can you LEARN from your (rather clearly) 'Failed Approach' toward (this assumed) school assignment?
    • Can you RESPOND - FAR BETTER - in the future?

Having  (others) ... (likely) 'Do YOUR homework/assignment' for you - teaches what?    (beyond encouraging you - once again - to  'AVOID the Task!')

There must be others given the (same) assignment - you should consult w/them - that's obvious - is it not?

As the 'assignment's deadline nears' - it appears you have little chance (i.e. NO Chance) of project completion.    Is it not best to advise your 'instructor' (sooner) - rather than (later) - of your plight?

Sometimes one has to undergo, 'Rather serious LOSS' - to provide the motivation & drive - to effect, 'REAL Behavioral Change!'
