Problem installing driver for Hercules RM42 Lauchpad

I am new in Hercules RM microcontrolles and I bought the Hercules RM42 Launchpad... I was following www.ti.com/.../spnu588.pdf but I have a problem with drivers...

Whe I connect the board this happens:

and cant run any demo, because:

No Demo Boards Found.
Plug in a Hercules Development Board and try again.

 

Any idea to resolve this? Thank in advance

    Hello Ivan,
    According to your post you have followed Hercules RM42x LaunchPad Quick Start Guide , am I right?
    What version is your operating system?
    Did you try plug-in usb cable in another USB port?
    I can see from your pictures posted, that you have one more device having problem with drivers. Did you check whether all drivers of your PC are installed?
