TMS570LS3137-EP: F021 Flash API and FEE Driver Download

The link to download the F021 Flash API is broken. Do you know where I can download the F021 Flash API and FEE Driver?

I understand that using these libraries is the only way that we can write/read/erase data flash on the TMS570LS3137-EP, is this correct?

I need to certify this library if we are going to use it in our application. The source code doesn't come with the library so are there any ideas on how to certify or completely test this flash library or driver?

I'll contact the team responsible for this software to see if the links can be fixed. In case you don't hear back from me today, the apps engineer responsible for this device will take up the issue on Monday when he returns to the office.
