I work for an Automotive company and our ECU's use TMS microcontrollers. Could someone be able to provide the FIT data and failure mode distribution for TMS5700714APGEQQ1?

I am sure that output registers play a vital role in storing the data. Is it possible to get the failure rate of Output registers(N2HET) in specific?
