TMS570LS0332: VIL and VIH min and max interpretation

Part Number: TMS570LS0332

Hello,

I am a little bit confused about the voltage threshold for the digital inputs on the hercules microcontrolers.

The datasheet indicates these thresholds:

Can you confirm that as soon as the input voltage is higher than 2V, TI garantees that a logical 1 is interpreted by the TMS570LS0332, and as soon as the input voltage is lower than 0,8V TI garantees that a logical 0 is interpreted by the TMS570LS0332?

I ask this question because on MSP430, it is different:

I  deduce that on MSP430 with 3V supply, as soon as the input voltage is higher than 2,25V, a logical 1 is interpreted by the MSP430, and as soon as the input voltage is lower than 0,75V a logical 0 is interpreted by the MSP430.

Thank you in advance for your confirmation.

Best Regards,

JDM
