EK-TM4C123GXL: Separating PB6 from PD0 and PB7 from PD1

Part Number: EK-TM4C123GXL

I have embedded an EK-TM4C123GXL into a test fixture PCB that requires that PB6 be independent from PD0, and PB7 be independent from PD1.

I did not see any connections between these pins in the published schematic, but my meter shows they are in fact connected.

Is there an easy way to disconnect these (by removing a resistor for example), or do I have to perform surgery on the board or CPU to separate these pins?

Regards,
