TM4C1231H6PZ: ELEC#05 PIOSC variation, max value over temp

In Errata of Rev 7 SPMZ849F there is ELEC#05. The variation of PIOSC is stated as higher than +/- 3%. For a customer application it is needed to understand the max variation over temp of the PIOSC frequency. Pls provide the max data.

The project is urgent!

I just replied you in email. We have no such data as far as max variation over temp when the errata occurs.

Can you provide more details on the problem? What problem is observed at -20C? Is it just dead or increasing variation? Are you saying at -19C or higher the PIOSC will operate correctly within the specified variation? How many parts are experiencing the problem? What is the percentage?

Team, it is not satisfying to my customer to have a final silicon but still the Errata topic of ELEC#05 is not corrected in the REV 7 DS.
However, customer is asking for more data. How big can the deviation go. More than 3% is not really helping.
The estimate in older post is not considering any thermal impact ...
