EK-TM4C123GXL: Evb easy burn out

HI Sir

I use the evb for debug ,but i found the evb easy damage, i already buy the 50pcs evb, but damage 48 pcs

i check the schmatic, i found the usb connect direct to the TM4G123G, No any protect comp in the route,

do you have any advise?

Hi,
Did you mean the evb as the TM4C123 LaunchPad? I'm surprised to hear that 48 out of 50 LaunchPads are damaged. When you said it is damaged, can you provide more details? How do you know that it is really physically damaged? What external components did you connect to the LaunchPad?
