As shown in below schematic of EK-TM4C1294XL, the Capacitor C16 & C17 should be placed near micro-controller pin
but in layout C17 is placed away from micro-controller pin. What would be the best placement for the capacitors. Also, should the ground and Vdd pins of controller near Ethernet pins be connected to these capacitors directly.
