I have a question.
Hercules diagnostic library, If interrupt is enabled with SL_SelfTest_CCMR4F function, the operation will be not work.
However, initialization of VIM and ESM before running SL_SelfTest_CCMR4F functions normally.
Is it necessary to initialize VIM or ESM when enabling interrupt by SL_SelfTest_CCMR4F function?
If initialization is required, which document does it explicitly state?
