Hello All,

My customer is looking for TI cortex M4 microcontrollers.

For the level of security required by the project customer is following it is required tests for RAM, Flash, CPU, etc.
Are TI certified libraries available here? Or there are third parties which provide such libraries, for the TM4C123xxx.

Alternatively, if there are solutions to achieve a SIL2 safety level.

i suggest you point the customer to the R4 based TMS570LS0432. that part is designed for safety with many hardware features and a certified safety library.

Use the link in my first response to get to the product page. Then select the "Tools & Software" tab. About halfway down the page is the "Software" section. The third link is the safety diagnostic library.
