CCS/RM48L952: the question about the *.out to *.hex

the version of CCS is CCS for arm V6.2. can the *.out file transform to  *.hex? like the hex2000? thanks very much.

Yes there is a hex utility for the arm also (armhex). See section 12 of the user's guide below:
