Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
I am using CCS and I would like to write some code in assembler. I would need help to find a manual, as I am not sure what I found is good for my processor. Would you give me the link to the manual and maybe to the assembler itself.

The Assembly Language Tools User's Guide for the TI ARM Assembler is: http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spnu118u/spnu118u.pdf
It provides information on the syntax and the assembler directives, but does not provide information on the instruction set. For that you can reference online material from ARM.com or other sources. The CPU is an ARM Cortex M4F. Here is a link to an instruction set summary from ARM:

I have to warn you that you won't find much help about assembly language programming on this forum as it is not often used directly. However, the C-compiler generates and assembly file as an intermediate step. You can retain this file and examine what the compiler created to use as an example by right clicking on the Code Composer project and selecting "Show Build Settings..." and then navigating the advanced assembler options and selecting "Keep the generated assembly language" as shown below:
