CCS/CC430F6137: Need alternate IC for same specification

Sir,

I am using cc430f6137 ic for RF communication Purpose but my sensor max. output voltage is 5V. cc430f6137 ic max. analog input voltage is 3.3V. I must need 5V and analog accuracy output MCU. 

If any alternate ic(mcu) for 868mhz RF comm. please send soon.  Thank you.

    as discussed in 

    you could use a resistor divider between sensor and MCU or otherwise use a different MCU.

    Please have a look at our Sub 1GHz Products  and check the product search if one of the devices fulfills the application requirements. Still, keep in mind that many microcontrollers run with a power supply around 3 V (or up to 3.6 V) which then also limits the maximum analog input voltage of their integrated A/D converters.
