Hello,

We are using the TMS570LC4357 and we want to reset the Flexray module for our application ?

Could tell us wow can we perform that ?

In the reference manual, the transfer unit can be disabled but it seems also that the whole module (FlexRay and FTU) can be in reset state (see for example the Figure 26-5, in IDLE State)

But in the registers, we do not find this configuration.

    Hello Christopher,

    There is not a register for resetting the flexray module. The POC can be placed into DEFAULT_CONFIG state when writing b0001 to CONFIG, SUCC1.CMD(3-0). In DEFAULT_CONFIG state, all configuration registers are accessible and the pins to the physical layer are in their inactive state.
