We have question about PBIST:
1- In TMS570 datasheet, 2 memories are present in the PBIST selftest : AWM1 (RAM Group5) and AWM2 (RAM Group 18)
--> What is the TMS function that uses these memories ?
2- In Datasheet, we have different PBIST RAM speed possibilities:
TRIPLE READ SLOW SPEED or TRIPLE READ FAST SPEED as for example PBIST_ROM (RAM GROUP 1)
-> What is the difference between the 2 speeds ? the coverage?
3- We would like to use Hercules SafeTI Diagnostic Library version V2.4.0 but we observe a differences between PBIST librairies and Datasheet.
Example : for the Selftest_PBIST,
- some groups are absent as for example AWM1 and AWM2
- RAM GROUP numbers are differents. Example: PBIST RAM_GROUP VIM = 14 in datasheet and PBIST RAM_GROUP VIM = 10 in librairy.
-> This Library doesn't seem compatible with TSM570LC4357. Do you confirm? If yes, is it possible to have a library compatible?
