TM4C129ENCPDT: Debug Adapter

I am not sure I understand your request. You are designing a board with a TM4C129ENCPDT microcontroller and want a suggestion about the foot print of a JTAG connector? The choice depends on board space and your choice of scan controller. This Wiki page discuses some of the traditional 14-pin and 20-pin connectors.
